Official Look and Hands on LG G3 Quick Circle

LG has just revealed its G3 with not only the Smart notifications, intelligent keyboard, Quad HD screen and laser autofocus camera, but the company also revealed a range of official accessories, including the Quick Circle flip cover case, but as we know that LG has already tried rectangular case, So why Circular this time? LG says it’s more “stylish” than a rectangle. Currently the Quick Circle only allows users to access a few functions: time, text messages, take pictures, listen to music, or get updates on their health. And you can see all of these in this official video by LG G3:

The Quick Circle case does add a little extra to the size and weight of the G3, it isn't significant, and doesn't spoil the beautiful design as other flip covers do like Apple, Samsung and other companies flip covers that are available in market. Yes It has a slightly different texture on the back from the G3's standard metal-like finish, but looks almost identical and still lets you access the phone's instantly recognisable rear-facing power and volume keys. It replaces the removable back cover, rather than clipping over it, again to save weight and unwanted bulk.

The best quality of this Quick Circle Case is that on Tapping the screen results in instantaneous feedback, with no need to swipe multiple times to change a track or dismiss a notification. Admittedly it means that particular area of the screen isn't protected, but with Gorilla Glass protecting the handset it should survive a journey in your pocket or handbag next to your keys.

The Quick Circle case lets you access the phone's functions without flipping it, as well as providing at-a-glance notifications, time and weather information. The default screen shows this information, illuminating when you tap the screen or press the rear-facing sleep button, but tapping it again will take you to a circular menu which lets you do a whole lot more without opening the cover.

As shown in Official video that I have added above, you can control music playback, take photos, check unread text messages, review your call logs, make and receive calls, and check on your exercise, with daily step totals counted by the G3's built-in accelerometer. The circle motif is carried across from the flat UI custom Android interface, and looks slick through the circular viewport.

LG's G3 is finally official and unveiled on Tuesday at an event in London. It's the most attractive cell phone that no one can ignore, LG is really improving its devices according to the user experience, as they did here, LG has revamped its UI The icons are now more flat than textured, and LG made sure the default backgrounds better match the color of the device that users select, the colors being Metallic Black, Silk White, Shine Gold, Moon Violet and Burgundy Red.

The design of the G3 matches to the last year's G2, including a rear on/off switch and volume controls, although the back of the device now has a fingerprint-resistant metallic skin. And The curve of the back pronounced as "floating arc."

LG G3 is also introducing the "intelligent keyboard", G3 has some enhancements: able to adapt to an individual's typing habits over time. Users can also change the height of the keyboard to better match their fingers, and LG lets users customize individual keys as well.

The G3 also includes a Knock Code, which lets users unlock the phone with a series of taps. Users can keep files on the phone more secure with Content Lock, which keeps certain files under wraps when you're sharing the phone with friends. Finally, the Kill Switch lets owners remotely wipe the phone.

Instead of emphasizing voice interaction, though, LG puts the focus on context-based notifications. The phone can remind its owner about calls that were declined earlier, and it can give recommendations on freeing up the phone's storage with its new feature called "Smart Notices", they use natural language, but in the other direction, the phone talks to you like a person. A notification about the weather, for example, might read, “You may want to take an umbrella today since it will rain this evening.”

How can we forget about the Slogan? LG G3's marketing slogan LG is going for with their new device is “Simple is The New Smart,” and it’s apparent when you look at things like the slimmed down camera interface and features like Smart Notice on the G3.

Smart Lamps By Smart Companies ( Samsung, LG)

Probably the coolest Android related product I’ve seen in a while would be this new Android Neon lamp that has just been made available from Google. Nothing says “lets party!” than a cool little neon Android lamp, right? The price isn’t exactly cheap at $36.40.but i was wrong,it is not the only coolest product in Lamps.Lg and Samsung is also working on coolest and amazing Lamps.Some days ago Lg launched its first smart Lamp called 

Just when you thought everything was ‘smart’, a company announces something new. This time around is LG with the all new Smart Lamp light bulb. The light bulb will connect to your Android device as long as it is running at least Android 4.3 or iOS 6 devices. LG says the Smart Lamp light bulbs will run for ten years if they remain on for around five hours per day.

So what do the light bulbs actually do? There is a security mode to turn on when you are not home in order to imitate someone actually being present. Also, unsurprisingly, the bulbs can enter a mode that matches the songs streaming from your Android device. And when someone calls, the light bulbs will let you know courtesy of some flashes. When available, LG’s Smart Lamp ligh bulbs will retail for around $32 in the United States (or 35,000 won in South Korea).And after some days the Samsung made an announcement to launch the Smart Lamp too with the Samsung's elegant design touch.

Unlike the LG , Samsung’s bulbs will not come with WiFi and will only feature Bluetooth,The bulb will  dim itself down to about 10% with colors that range from warm to cool. The bulb is boasted to have up to 15,000 hours of normal use. That’s about ten years or so. No word on pricing as of yet but you’ll need a Bluetooth hub like ZigBee’s solution to rock this new lighting set up.

LG G Flex to be shown off soon

The LG G Flex will be showcased on Tuesday, November 5 according to a press event invite. Following the event, a Korean news source says that the device will be released in mid-November in South Korea. The G Flex has a curved 6-inch display with a 720p resolution and a meager pixel density of 245; however, the Snapdragon 800 is likely to be powering the handset. On the back will be a 13 MP camera. And juicing the G Flex will be a 3500 mAh battery.

LG's curved-screen G Flex smartphone

After Samsung Galaxy Round  here is the LG's Curved Screen G Flex:

The LG's G Flex is curved from top-to-bottom (rather than left-to-right) looks more like what we had in mind when we thought of curved screens.Argentinian broadcaster Telefe has thrown up a hands-on video of the device, and journalist Federico Ini has shared with the Verge far more detailed photos of the device.

According to Ini, the G Flex's curved screen is 6 inches across, and the phone features rear-mounted buttons in a similar style to the LG G2's. The camera is said to be 13 megapixels, matching both the G2 and Samsung's Galaxy Round, which has an OLED display that curves on a different axis. The G Flex is reminiscent of LG and Samsung's curved OLED TVs, with the screen's edges slightly turning inwards when viewed in landscape orientation.

"Slide Aside" LG's application switching feature on the G2

The LG G2 is chock full of features. A lot of folks will call them gimmicks, and that's OK because a world where everyone likes the same things is no world I want to be in. Whether you love them or hate them, the important thing is that they all work without killing the performance of the phone. A lot of that comes from the Qualcomm Snapdragon S800 under the hood, but we like to think that LG was also hard at work to optimize the software.

What Slide Aside does is act as a "container" of sorts for app switching. You enable it in the settings, and with a three finger gesture you can swipe away any active application to dock it on the left side of the screen. You can store up to three applications there, and bring them in and out of focus at will. It's a lot like Samsung's Multi-window, but it works with every app.

This is incredibly handy for apps like a messenger, that you're in and out of all the time. I've been using it while reviewing the AT&T model of the G2, and sticking Hangouts and the Gmail app over there at the side really is useful for the way I use my phone. Does it affect the battery life? Probably. But not enough for me to decide not to use it.
